| Dear Sir/Madam: I am pleased to introduce Taiho Kogyo Tribology Research Foundation (TTRF). TTRF was established in 2001 at USA to support and encourage tribology researchers all over the world with the appreciation for the tribology technology. As the TTRF main activities, we implement biannual grants to the tribology-related research and development activities. Since the establishment, US$2,012,270 was granted to 87 research themes. For the next grant project in 2021, the application deadline is March 31. The amount of this grant is planned $1,000 - $30,000 for each grantee. Every application will be welcomed as far as the research theme is related to tribology and the result contributes to the development of industrialization. The first-time applicant is requested to submit recommendation letter.
